A cohort of men and women preparing for Ministry together

What is Ministry Training Fellowship?

Ministry Training Fellowship (MTF) is a monthly cohort for men and women preparing for Christian ministry in their local churches. Designed to supplement formal theological education, MTF focuses on essential but often overlooked areas like spiritual formation, soul care, marriage and family, emotional and cultural intelligence, and leadership.

MTF offers in-person community and mentorship—especially helpful for those in distance seminary programs—and supports participants with free access to training modules. While hosted by PCA pastors, MTF is open to anyone pursuing gospel ministry. Seminary students at Reformed Theological Seminary or Covenant Seminary may also qualify for a 50% tuition discount.

Rooted in Colorado Springs, MTF exists to raise up well-equipped leaders who remain rooted in the communities God has called them to serve.
